Finishing components with in house powder coating operations, which are environmentally friendly (VOC free) and durable, is our specialty. We are equipped with two Nordson spray booths, each containing 2 manual and 12 automatic powder coating guns. The line speed for our powder coating process is up to 20 feet per minute.

We are capable of handling multicolor painting with 5 color modules for quick change over that are located in our two-environmental rooms. In addition to clear coating, other coating finishes such as rough, matte, and wrinkled textures are also provided. Our in house 5-stage iron phosphate wash cleaning process ensures a uniform powder finish, improves corrosion resistance, and enhances coating adhesion of the metal surface.
