Our 110 to 800 ton presses are capable of running progressive dies through automatic feed as well as through the hand-transfer process. We have the ability to work with several materials, such as steel and 6061-aluminum alloy, and are particularly experienced in the production of stampings from HSLA. We also create assemblies for automotive, appliance, and telecommunication applications. Welding, drilling, in-die tapping, and several other operations are performed as a part of our assembly services.

In compliance with the TS-16949 certification, we are committed to maintaining the most effective quality tools and control plans. All our products, from safety-critical structural automotive components to parts used in satellite antennas, are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. We are equipped with mistake-proof test fixtures and multiple coordinate measurement machines to perform such quality checks. Every product undergoes dimension and capability analysis to ensure that we meet the industry standard regarding durability.
