We perform vertical CNC machining to produce components for homeland security, military, automotive seating parts, satellite antenna components, as well as test equipment and fixtures. Our CNC programmers use 3D CAD models provided by the design team to produce machined parts in for both high and low volumes. This machining capability helps us to produce intricate components to exact specifications. Internationally machined parts can also be reverse engineered to US standards.

From stainless steel to plastic, components made from any material are precision machined by us. Drilling, tapping, and slotting services are provided for manufacturing assemblies. We can mill and turn equipment replacement parts as well. Our grinding operations can hold tolerances as close as 0.0002”.

All milled, threaded, and reamed parts are finished through plating, heat-treating, and coating. All production jobs are monitored real-time through in-process SPC data collection. We also handle all types of custom packing and delivery requirements.
