We specialize in manufacturing safety critical and Delta S specified components, particularly for the automotive industry. By stamping and safety critical welding, HDS manufactures structural seat frames, anchor plates, piston plates, and suspension parts.

These critical assemblies and sub-assemblies are available in a range of materials, including steel (hot roll and cold roll), stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. We have a range of machines for progressive stamping, resistance and robotic welding, as well as testing. Our in-house Buehler Weld Lab enables us to verify the structural integrity of weldments in safety critical stampings. Trained technicians test safety critical welds or delta welds of various parts to verify adherence to custom specifications. Tolerance checks for each parameter in the welding processes ensure 100% weld effectiveness.
